A few photos from today wandering around downtown Honolulu. I almost didn’t see the lady in the second photo. As always, photos are taken with a Canon 5d.

Shadows and Reflections
At the Hawaii State Capitol building toward the end of the day on a Thursday. Taken with a Canon 5d and 24-70L lens. I really like the wavy white post reflections off the shiny floor.
The man in the photo turned to look at me soon after this shot. I ran away to the next floor above. A few minutes later he appeared looking for me. I expected the standard “delete that photo you took of me”. But he actually just wanted a copy. Thanks!
Street Shots
On my lunch break, wandering Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii today. Taken with my Canon 5d and 24-70mm L lens. I think all these shots were taken on the infamous Hotel Street.
Bikes
Downtown, Honolulu, Hawaii. All the bike racks downtown are shaped like bicycles. I found this funny looking “zooe bike” and snapped a rainy photo. I can’t seem to find any info about this bike online.
Street Reflections
On a rainy day in Honolulu. Playing around with the semi-gimmicky inverted-puddle-reflection-street-photo-thing. I could never seem to find a big enough puddle for anything super amazing though. I guess Honolulu has some good drainage systems.
Orange and Blue
Two photos of Downtown Honolulu today. Lately I’ve been wandering around on my lunch breaks with my camera. Good fun.
White on White on White
All white errthang.
