Downtown Serenade
That sweet sweet street serenade of downtown Honolulu.
Work
This is my favorite photo I’ve ever taken. Just a guy working in the Hawaii State Library.
Peace
Mr S (I couldn’t understand his name, I’m pretty sure it starts with an S) says “peace”. I took a few photos of his whole body and it is rough to look at. Wheelchair bound and with only one leg in terrible shape. But through all that, he was happy to pose for a photo.
The Haul
The haul from a long day of work.
Shine On
I met Vincent while I was filling my car up with gas in Kahala. He was sitting in the dirt against the road holding this sign up.
Birds Eye View
I caught this bird flying overhead after I made a wrong turn down a creepy alley. I’d never seen so much human feces on the ground in my life. #humanlitterbox. Good times.
The Depths
Homeless woman sitting in front of the 7-11 on bishop street. She screamed so incredibly loud when a security guard asked her to move.
Downtown Meditations
This guy was wobbling, eyes closed, meditating for at least the 45 minutes I was in the state library downtown.
